Classic Vanilla Cake

Ingredients
Cake
4 eggs
0.5 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup orange juice
1/8 cup vegan milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
0.5 tsp baking soda
1.5 cups almond flour
Pinch of salt
Cooking spray to oil the pan
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 350 ° F.
Whisk honey and eggs in the wet ingredients bowl until its creamy.
Add vanilla extract, vegan milk, orange juice, and baking soda.
Mix in the almond flour until a velvety texture is reached.
Spray the baking pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into the pan until it reaches 1/3 of the pan's height.
Place your pan in the oven for 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
Place a tooth pick into the cake and when it comes out dry its ready to rest out. If it's still wet, keep it in the oven for 5-10 minutes while keeping an eye on it.
Let the cake rest for 15 minutes.
Flip the cake onto a plate to serve. Enjoy it with fruit and share with someone you love!
